r1interview.com (“Platform”), owned and operated by Dopelle LLP, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard data when you visit or use our website and services. By using our platform, you consent to this Policy.

We collect information you voluntarily submit, including:

  • Interview responses, video and audio recordings, transcripts

When you interact with the Platform, we automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Pages visited, session duration, referring URLs
  • Usage logs, error reports, and performance metrics

2. How We Use Your Information

We process data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve AI interview services
  • Create and manage user accounts and authentication
  • Conduct scoring, analytics, and reporting
  • Respond to support requests and communicate important notices
  • Protect Platform security, detect and prevent fraud
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

3. How We Share Information

We may share your information with:

  • Service providers authorized to perform services on our behalf (hosting, storage, analytics, support)
  • Recruiters or hiring organizations — only with your explicit consent as part of interview processing
  • Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law
  • Internal Dopelle LLP teams for business or legal purposes

We do not sell personal information.

4. Data Security

Dopelle LLP employs reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, such as SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, and secure cloud hosting. While we work to protect data, no transmission or storage can be guaranteed 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion as described in Section 9.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is not intended for individuals under 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 16.

7. International Transfers

Your data may be stored and processed in jurisdictions outside your country. When we transfer data internationally, we rely on contractual safeguards and applicable law to protect that data.

You may request to:

  • Access and obtain a copy of your personal data
  • Correct or update information
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of r1interview.com and related services. By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any policies referenced herein.

2. User Obligations

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You will maintain confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You will not use the Platform for unlawful purposes nor attempt to disrupt or circumvent security measures.

3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:

  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized extraction of data
  • Uploading malware, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights
  • Attempting unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and AI models on the Platform are the property of Dopelle LLP or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

5. Service Availability & Suspension

We strive to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Dopelle LLP may suspend or terminate access for maintenance, security, or policy violations.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Platform and services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dopelle LLP disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Dopelle LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for errors in AI-generated outputs. Total liability will be limited to the amount paid (if any) in the prior 12 months, or a minimal statutory limit where applicable.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Dopelle LLP harmless from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or improper use of the Platform.

8. Modification of Terms

Dopelle LLP may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. We will post the revised Terms and effective date on the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts located in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Cookie Policy

Cookies and similar technologies are used to provide essential functionality and improve your experience on the Platform.

1. What are Cookies?

Cookies are small data files placed on your device that allow a site to recognize your device and remember information about your visit.

2. Types of Cookies We Use

  • Essential Cookies: Required for core functionality such as authentication, security, and navigation.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This DPA sets out the terms under which Dopelle LLP processes personal data on behalf of Organizations or Users using the Platform. Where applicable, it supplements the main Terms and Privacy Policy.

1. Parties

Processor: Dopelle LLP
Controller: Organization or User that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.

2. Scope & Purpose

The Processor will process personal data for activities necessary to deliver interview management, AI assessments, analytics, storage, and related services as instructed by the Controller.

3. Roles & Responsibilities

Controller

  • Ensure legal basis for processing personal data of data subjects
  • Provide accurate instructions and data to the Processor

Processor (Dopelle LLP)

  • Process data only on documented instructions from the Controller
  • Ensure personnel confidentiality and implement security measures
  • Assist Controller with data subject requests and compliance obligations
  • Notify Controller of personal data breaches without undue delay

4. Sub-processors

Dopelle LLP may engage subprocessors (for hosting, storage, support). A list of subprocessors is available upon request. Dopelle LLP remains responsible for their acts and omissions.

5. Data Subject Rights

Dopelle LLP will assist Controllers in responding to data subject requests for access, correction, deletion, and portability, to the extent reasonably possible.

6. Security & Breach Notification

Dopelle LLP implements standard security measures and will notify Controller of any confirmed data breach affecting Controller data without undue delay and provide reasonable information to support remediation.

7. Return or Deletion of Data

Upon contract termination, Dopelle LLP will, at Controller’s choice, return or securely delete personal data within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required by law.

8. Governing Law

This DPA is governed by the laws of India.
